I attended seminar about glycemic index. I learned tips to manage glucose level
1. Low carb diet is easily to lose weight however it easily to gain weight. (about 6 month later, people start to gain weight)
2. If you want to try eating low carb diet, you have to increase rate of plant protein. If doesn’t you will decrease muscle or worsen your blood lipid score.
3. When you take a medicine about hypertension or diabetes mellitus, you need to have a healthy life style. If do so, you will get appropriate affect.
I appreciate that the seminar I could attend. I was satisfied the contents. BUT We have to learn continuously. Because the medical knowledge is improving time to time. We also should need to learn nutrition or counseling skills.
